Satisfaction guaranteed

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, you can return your order within 30 days of receipt.

• Within Denmark: Return shipping is covered by us, provided the item is returned in good condition.

• Outside Denmark: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

How to return

Please email us at info@norwald.dk and, if possible, include photos of the item. Once your return has been approved, we will send you instructions (and for Danish customers, a prepaid return label).

The item must be returned in the same condition you received it – unused, with any tags intact, and in the original packaging. Please keep your receipt or order confirmation.

We cannot accept returns that have not been approved in advance.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately. We will make it right as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

If you would like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order. We will process your return first, and you can then purchase the new item separately.

EU right of withdrawal

If you live in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The conditions remain the same: the item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

Refunds

Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund the amount via your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us.
