Shipping prices
We offer free GLS delivery within Denmark. International shipping depends on your destination and the products you order. The total shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Complete 55 × 55 cm chess sets and separate boards generally have higher shipping rates than chess pieces alone and 30 × 30 cm magnetic sets. International customers also receive a shipping subsidy equivalent to our Danish delivery cost.
Shipping charges may be added together when you order products from different shipping groups. If you would like both the large board and chess pieces, we recommend choosing the complete set.
Shipping prices by destination
Shipping rates are fixed amounts in EUR for the EU and USD for countries outside the EU. Delivery within Denmark is free. Rates apply when purchasing one product. Chess pieces alone and the magnetic set have the same shipping rate.

Where we deliver
We deliver within Denmark, the EU and many countries outside the EU. Available destinations and shipping prices are shown at checkout. If your country cannot be selected, please contact us.
Dispatch and delivery times
We ship from Denmark with GLS. You will receive an email with a tracking link when your order is dispatched.
GLS transit time within Denmark is normally 1–2 business days after dispatch. International transit times depend on the destination. Any processing time before dispatch is additional, and customs clearance can cause delays. Please contact us if you need delivery by a specific date.
Taxes, duties and import fees
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to local import duties, taxes or VAT. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the shipping price at checkout.
Delays or lost packages
If your order is delayed or does not arrive, please contact us with your tracking number. We will help you resolve the issue.
